Before you submit your application, please make sure you can commit to the following dates:
- 26 February 2026: Applications open
- 27 April 2026: Application deadline at midnight AEST
Applications will be assessed on a rolling basis.
- May 2026: Scholarship recipients will be notified
- May 2025: Interviews at the US Consulate in Sydney
- 22 June 2025: UCLA lectures begin
- 31 July 2026: Session concludes
- 01 August 2026: Depart Los Angeles
- 03 August 2025: Start of semester 2 at the University of Sydney
Please note: Students are required to attend the full summer sessions at UCLA from 22 June to 31 July 2026. Due to the intensive nature of study, students are required to attend all timetabled classes.
