A North Korean soccer club's victory in a rare inter-Korean match earlier this week set the stage for a shot at the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Women's Champions League final. Still, the potential prize winnings could come under scrutiny if awarded to North Korea, which is inundated with sanctions from the UN and those unilaterally imposed by countries like the United States.
