The United States Studies Centre is seeking expressions of interest to participate in the next cohort of the Women in the Alliance Network. This group of emerging leaders working across industries related to the Australia-US partnership meets quarterly for closed-door roundtables with distinguished US and Australian experts and have access to bespoke professional development opportunities to accelerate their careers and amplify their expertise.
Our Women in the Alliance Fellows include some of the most respected voices in security, policy, and technology — among them former under secretary of defense for policy Michèle Flournoy, former Congresswoman Stephanie Murphy, CNAS Defense Program director Dr Stacie Pettyjohn, former Chief of Staff to the US Secretary of Defense Kelly Magsamen, as well as Australian experts, former Director General of the Australian Signals Directorate Rachel Noble PSM, Commander (ret.) Jennifer Parker, and former Chief Technology Officer of the Australian Space Agency Aude Vignelles.
In addition, during their one-year tenure, members of the Network may be invited to connect with mentors and participate in engagements related to their area of expertise.
Members of this group will join a passionate cohort of diverse leaders contributing to addressing the challenges and pursuing the opportunities facing the Australia-US relationship and the Indo-Pacific region.
