Biography
Emily Kilcrease is a Senior Fellow and Director of the Energy, Economics, and Security Program at the Center for New American Security. Her research focuses on the US-China economic relationship; alignment of national security objectives and economic policy; and geoeconomic statecraft. Previously, Emily has served as a deputy assistant US trade representative (USTR); on the National Security Council as a director for international trade, investment, and development; and at the Department of Commerce overseeing the department’s Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States work.
