Donald Trump's divisive 'One Big Beautiful Bill' Act has returned to the US House of Representatives for more debate after narrowly passing the Senate. Republican leaders are struggling to advance the massive tax bill with some party members critical of the trillions of dollars it will add to the national debt.

USSC Director of Research Jared Mondschein spoke with ABC News saying the passing of the controversial bill is Donald Trump's only legislative priority, making it difficult for Republicans to vote against it in their own political self-interest.
