The US Government has shut down after both Republican and Democratic funding proposals failed to pass in the Senate.

USSC Director of Research Jared Mondschein spoke with ABC saying it's too early to tell which side of political will emerge victorious in the US Government shutdown, also warning it's not a positive story for Trump's America.
