USSC Non-Resident Senior Fellow Bruce Wolpe talked to ABC TV's Afternoon Briefing [at 5:10] about what Kamala Harris needs to do to win.
"She has to bring back some key constituencies that were really deserting Biden," said Wolpe.
"Particularly younger voters, Black men and Latinos."
In turn, he added: "She has to carry Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin."
