Saaz Kaur Sahdra lectures in DATA5207 (Data Analytics for Social Sciences) and is a data science consultant at the USSC. With a strong background in data analytics and quantitative research, Saaz applies advanced data science techniques to explore different domains, such as political science and sport science. Her expertise spans statistical modelling, R programming, data visualisations, and the development of data-driven solutions to complex social issues, drawing on both academic and industry experience.

Saaz has completed a Bachelor of Advanced Computing (double major in Computational Data Science and International Relations) from the University of Sydney and is currently a PhD candidate. Her PhD research explores the intersections of data, sport, and policy. She is committed to leveraging data to inform policy, drive innovation, and create opportunities.
