Scott Morrison has declared Australia does its share of “heavy lifting” in its partnership with the United States, ahead of key bilateral talks in which the US is expected to seek greater support from Australia in its hard line stance against China. The Australian reports on Morrison's comments from a video message to a USSC webinar marking 15 years of the Australia-US Free Trade Agreement. The Prime Minister said the relationship between the two countries “has never been stronger and it has never been more important”.
