US President Donald Trump’s latest actions will force a reaction from China according to USSC Non-Resident Fellow James Brown. The president recently signed legislation and an executive order against China, holding it accountable for oppressive actions against Hong Kong. "This law gives my administration powerful new tools to hold responsible the individuals and entities involved in extinguishing Hong Kong's freedom," the President said. Mr Brown told Sky News we are “starting to see sanctions now on both sides”.
