Biography

Adam Davids is CEO of CareerTrackers. He is a proud Aboriginal man and Fulbright Scholar, recognised for his leadership in advancing equity and self-determination for First Nations people. As a pioneer of CareerTrackers and CareerSeekers, he has forged partnerships with many of Australia’s largest employers, creating thousands of career pathways for First Nations professionals, asylum seekers, and refugees.

In 2019, Adam completed his Fulbright study in the United States, uncovering groundbreaking insights into racial equity standards and drawing global parallels with disadvantaged and underrepresented minorities.

Throughout his career, Adam has built a powerful network of community advocates, leading academics, NGOs and business leaders, all working towards a more just, inclusive, and equitable Australia.
