The United States Studies Centre had its largest presence ever at the University of Sydney Open Day, with seven different events and booths on campus. Of particular note was this year’s Live Election Debate, which starred the Centre’s very own Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton impersonators. The packed room served fairy floss and popcorn and a healthy dose of comedy. The day also included the graduation ceremony for the Centre's high school unit America: Prophecy, Power, Politics and the final of the Centre's Debate the Future of America competition.
