USSC Associate Professor Dr David Smith appears on Court in the Act to discuss the latest updates in Donald Trump's criminal trial currently underway in Manhattan. Dr Smith says that Trump is "denouncing all of this as this very political process, he claims that it's the Biden administration going after him."
"He in many ways is turning this into a campaign event... We should look at this as very much part of the 2024 election campaign, even if that's not what was intended by the prosecutors."
