USSC Non-Resident Fellow Victoria Cooper talks to ABC Radio's The World Today about the closing arguments in former president Donald Trump's hush money trial in New York City and what a guilty verdict could mean for the election.
"Because this election is determined to be so close," says Cooper, "[it] could actually tip the balance either way.
"It could create more enthusiasm behind Donald Trump supporters, or it could create more enthusiasm behind Biden supporters."
