USSC Director of Research Jared Mondschein talks to Channel News Asia about Donald Trump’s guilty verdict in New York, his claims the trial was ‘rigged,’ and whether he can still run for president with the conviction.
"The Constitution does not limit him from running for presidency from prison," says Mondschein.
While he adds that it's unlikely that Trump will do jail time: "he technically can be in prison, and run for president, and win office."
