Mark Johnson AO is co-Chair of the US Studies Centre's Council of Advisors. Positions he has held include Chairman of the Australian Financial Centre Task Force, Chairman of AGL Energy, Chairman of the Macquarie Infrastructure Group. He retired as Deputy Chairman of Macquarie Bank in July 2007, after a career of more than forty years in banking and corporate finance.
