Biography
Dr Mark T. Esper served as the US Secretary of Defense between 2019 and 2020, and as the US Secretary of the Army between 2017 and 2019. Dr Esper has extensive experience working on Capitol Hill in national security and policy advisory roles, and has served in senior positions at the Pentagon, Raytheon and the US Chamber of Commerce’s Global Intellectual Property Center.
