“The question is, ‘why isn’t [Trump] being punished by more voters?’” says Wolpe. “I think it just goes down to a feeling among many people, Washington isn’t working, they’re not delivering on the economy … we need someone to shake up the system. And one thing that people believe Trump will do is shake up the system.”
