President Joe Biden’s expansion of infrastructure spending is one of the “more radical” domestic spending proposals in a long time, according to USSC CEO Simon Jackman. “Biden is perhaps using the COVID crisis, in particular, to shine a big, bright light on ‘let’s get America fixed’ as it were, not just in public health, but it’s the state of public infrastructure as well.” Jackman's comments were on Sky News.
