USSC Director of Research Jared Mondschein talks to ABC News At Noon about the UN Security Council's support for a US-backed resolution calling for a ceasefire in Gaza.
"The US in particular is finally tired of this," says Mondschein of the US proposal.
"The Biden administration particularly thinks that they have given Israel a lot of backing, a lot of support … and so they should at this point, really provide a roadmap for how to end this crisis, because it is unsustainable, not only for Israel and the Palestinians, but also for the US. This is not something that the US wants to see ongoing, especially this close to a US election."
