USSC Non-Resident Senior Fellow Bruce Wolpe discusses how Nikki Haley's primary campaign could impact former president Trump's bid for re-election.

Wolpe says that "Haley is not going to succeed in her mission to become president, but she may succeed in really sobering up the Trump campaign."

"There are Republicans, perhaps 20 or 25 per cent who are uncomfortable with Trump as the nominee. If she shores up that force inside the Republican party, that means that Trump could be at an apogee in his support and his attraction across the country."
