USSC Associate Professor David Smith talks to ABC Drive about Nikki Haley's chances against former president Donald Trump ahead of the upcoming New Hampshire primaries.
Smith says that "New Hampshire has conditions very favourable to Haley — New Hampshire Republicans in general are more moderate and independent, and the state has a lot of political independents who are able to vote."
