United States Studies Centre's Associate Professor David Smith is interviewed by ABC National Radio's PM Program to discuss the fourth indictment charge laid before former president Donald Trump, now accused of leading a "criminal enterprise", determined to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election.

Professor Smith says "reading through the indictment, the majority is devoted to this, it is this long litany of things Trump and other co-conspirators like Rudy Guiliani, did in furtherance of the conspiracy..." He adds "it is an absolutely sprawling indictment, 98-pages long."
