USSC Non-Resident Senior Fellow Bruce Wolpe appears on Ten News to discuss the implications of the recent Colorado Supreme Court ruling that disqualified Trump from the state's 2024 election ballots.
Wolpe says that because Trump has never been convicted of insurrection, when he appeals the judgement to the US Supreme Court they "will examine that issue as the key of whether this ruling holds."
