USSC Non-Resident Senior Fellow Bruce Wolpe talks to ABC's Afternoon Briefing about the pressure on President Joe Biden to step aside.
"The ice is beginning to crack under his feet," said Wolpe.
"If Biden is doing badly, then can the House Democrats take back the House? Do the Senate Democrats have any chance of holding the Senate?
"When your career is at stake because of your leader failing, that's when this movement really gets underway of confrontation with him to say: 'Joe, we love you, you've been magnificent, but it's time to step aside.'"
