Master of Arts (Research)

Students can pursue a postgraduate research degree in which they produce an extended piece of original research over the course of one to two years.

This Master’s program is unique in that students have a large degree of flexibility regarding how they construct their study plan, including integrating coursework into the program:

  • Two postgraduate units of study (12 credit points) and a thesis of 26,000 to 28,000 words; or
  • One postgraduate unit of study (six credit points) and a thesis of 28,000 to 30,000 words;
  • A thesis of 30,000 to 35,000 words

In addition, there are scholarships available for student that meet certain criteria.
