For University of Sydney students, the start of the program overlaps with the last week of the Semester 1, 2018 exam period. If students have an exam during the week of 25 June 2018, you are required to arrange with your faculty or professors to take the exams early. No exams will be proctored by the United States Studies Centre in Los Angeles and students are not allowed to miss the first week of classes at UCLA. The USSC will assist with the reschedule of exams.

Sydney students will miss the first week and UNSW students will miss the first two weeks of of Semester 2, 2018 and will need to inform their lecturers and tutors of this, prior to departure. Students will be responsible for catching up on any work missed and no special consideration will apply.
