Luke Mansillo is a tutor and PhD Candidate in the Department of Government and International Relations at the University of Sydney. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours) in political science and a Master of Social Research from the Australian National University.
His research concentrates on public opinion and political behaviour in Australia and other post-industrialised countries.
He has published in the Australian Journal of Political Science and writes frequently for the Guardian.
He has served on the executive committee for the Australian Political Studies Association
Research interests: political sociology, Australian and American elections, comparative voting behaviour, political ideology, belief structure stability, Euroscepticism, and Bayesian modelling, especially Kalman filter models.
