Beau Magloire oversees the Centre's Corporate and Student Engagement (CASE) teams, which includes managing the development and implementation of the corporate engagement strategy, international student mobility suite, executive education, teacher training, for-credit learning programs taught at the University of Sydney and all fundraising and revenue-generating operations for the Centre.
Beau has a background in marketing and film making, directing short films, music videos and fashion shoots for clothing labels and artists in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney. He previously conducted engagement and student recruitment for the Arts, Business, Agriculture, Veterinary Science and Creative Faculties of the University of Sydney domestically and throughout Asia, including an art tour across China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and South Korea.
Beau acted as Festival Director for the Secret Cinema film festival as part of a larger initiative between Sydney College of the Arts and Sydney Underground Film Festival.
Beau was one of the keynote speakers at the 2016 Australia Council for the Arts Marketing Summit, as part of the 'Valuing the Best - Presentations from four of the best campaigns’ section.
Beau has won awards for the creation of an internship program at the University of Sydney, and from the Swiss-based international student recruitment company Goodwall for "Admission Team of the Month – Global" (February, 2017).
Beau completed a Bachelor of Arts (Media and Communications) at the University of Sydney, with a major in Marketing. He is currently studying a Master of International Relations with a minor in International Law at the University of Sydney; and is completing his dissertation on the relationship between money laundering and the art industry in the United States and Australia.
