The panel leading the inquiry on Donald Trump's impeachment has concluded that the evidence of misconduct by the President is "overwhelming".
A report from the House Intelligence Committee accused Mr Trump of trying to "solicit foreign interference" from Ukraine, to influence the outcome of next year's election.
He also stands accused of trying to obstruct the inquiry.
