The US Senate has blocked a last-ditch attempt to repeal parts of the Affordable Care Act. Repealing ObamaCare was one of Donald Trump's major campaign promises. At least three Republicans - John McCain, Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski - crossed the floor to vote against the bill. It was voted down by 51 votes to 49. So what do republicans do next?
