Director of the Trade and Investment Program, Dr Stephen Kirchner spoke to Bloomberg about what the recently announced Australia-Japan-US Indo-Pacific investment fund means for the region and China's presence in it.
Dr Kirchner said the fund would create a mechanism for private-sector funding for much-needed infrastructure in the region.
