Should Putin be welcomed by the G20?

Despite the swift adoption of a United Nations resolution pursuing an investigation into the MH17 crash, diplomacy with Russia is not likely to get easier for the West. Visiting professor James Fallows says the United States is looking at what economic action is possible, including denying Russian president Vladimir Putin participation in the forthcoming G20 summit.
