In an interview with Sky News Australia, James Brown discussed growing tensions between New York Governor Andrew Cuomo and the White House as the state "struggles to cope" with an influx of coronavirus patients.
“There has been a lot of frictions between state governors calling for these resources and the federal government who haven’t been releases them as fast as they like,” Mr Brown said.
