United States Studies Centre Senior Fellow Dr Charles Edel spoke with Sky News' Annelise Neilson about Wisconsin primaries, America's ability to change voting procedures ahead of November's presidential election, and the Democratic primary.

Dr Edel said the coronavirus crisis will not shift the date of the US general election but highlights a "change in how the voting is taking place".

States are working to try and accommodate the new challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic through mail-in options and early voting; "that's something the states are trying to figure out very rapidly at this point," Dr Edel said.
