For only the third time in US history, the House of Representatives is preparing to vote to impeach a president. The debate in the case of Donald Trump begins tonight, and the vote is likely at some stage tomorrow, but it's fluid. USSC lecturer Gorana Grgic provided comments for this report aired by ABC PM.
