Australia's next ambassador to the US, Arthur Sinodinos, will tonight launch a report into the state of the US-Australia alliance that calls for a more honest and critical review of the relationship. The report published by USSC warns Australia's alliance with the US isn't equipped to deal with the changing US-China relationship.
